Logging
Log the set. Hoppa draws the bar.
The number is the weight. The drawing is what hangs on it: plates per side, in real rack colours, true proportions.
iPhone · Strength training app
A progressive overload app for lifters who already know their program. No account, no coach, no suggestions.

Logging
The number is the weight. The drawing is what hangs on it: plates per side, in real rack colours, true proportions.
Plates
Switch on the plates your gym owns. Hoppa only draws loads you can actually build.
Microloading
Hit the bottom of the range on every set and the weight goes up by one microplate next time. Nothing to accept.
Mixed units
Units are set per exercise. Hoppa never converts on screen; it shows what the machine is marked with.
Progressive Overload
Top of the range on all sets, and the working weight goes up by your increment. Hoppa never lowers it, and never asks.
Progressive Overload or Microloading. Per exercise.
Set on the program, overridden per exercise. Applied at Finish, never suggested.
If you need someone to write your program, this is the wrong app.
Progression is applied, not suggested. No Accept, no Undo, no coach.
One file. No account, no cloud, no tracking. Free, for now.
Days, exercises, rep range, working weight. Once.
Target reps are pre-filled. The rest timer starts itself.
Hoppa applies progression and leads the summary with what went up.
If you already follow a program and know what a plate loads to, yes. If you want an app to pick exercises for you, no.
No. You write it, Hoppa keeps the numbers honest.
On your phone, as one file. There is no account and no Hoppa server. Device backup covers it.
Nothing.
